You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. mojaspin relies on the information you provide to operate your Account, process payments, and verify your identity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth or a mobile number not registered in your name — is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. mojaspin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal events tied to Bangladesh cricket, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the Wagering Requirement on the existing bonus has been fully satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.
Every bonus carries an expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from the Account automatically without further notice.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Wagering Requirements are set at 30x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories or with certain bet sizes may not count towards Wagering Requirement completion — see individual promotion pages for applicable game contributions.
mojaspin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.

Each game operates according to the rules published within the game interface itself, which constitute the definitive rules for that game. All Game Providers whose titles appear on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Settlement of all sports markets is final once confirmed, subject only to correction of a clear and demonstrable clerical error.

mojaspin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. Bets placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraud, or chargebacks will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation. By using the mojaspin Platform, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited conduct listed below. Breach of any obligation in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities.
mojaspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this clause. Account closure by mojaspin does not affect any pre-existing obligations owed by either party arising before the date of closure.
mojaspin may suspend an Account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, underage play, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
You may request closure of your mojaspin Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML checks. Bonus Funds are not returned upon voluntary closure.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mojaspin will attempt to contact a dormant Account holder via their registered contact details before applying any administrative fee. mojaspin's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mojaspin does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, force majeure events (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or acts of government), and third-party service provider outages may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game categories. mojaspin will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance via the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mojaspin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the mojaspin Platform, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally and efficiently.

When material changes are made to these Terms, mojaspin will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your Account. Any Real Money Balance in your Account at the time of closure due to disagreement with updated Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
Material changes are communicated at least 7 days before taking effect via email or on-platform notice.
