mojaspin Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mojaspin platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in ৳ BDT, bonus eligibility, game participation, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet on mojaspin. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Important notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mojaspin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the mojaspin website at mojaspin.win and all associated services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform in any way.

Account & Identity

One account per person. All players must be 18 years of age or older. Identity verification may be required at any time. False information results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Payments in ৳ BDT

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for deposit.

Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses must be used in accordance with the specific terms published for each offer. Abuse of bonus terms results in bonus forfeiture.

Account Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mojaspin strictly prohibits the creation or use of an Account by any person under 18 years of age. Age verification documentation may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at mojaspin's sole discretion.

Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and directed at adult players located in Bangladesh. You must not access or use the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mojaspin accepts no liability for use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. mojaspin relies on the information you provide to operate your Account, process payments, and verify your identity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth or a mobile number not registered in your name — is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify mojaspin support immediately at [email protected].

18+ Age Restriction: mojaspin operates a strict 18+ policy. Creating an Account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, or permitting a minor to use your Account, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
  • Accepted deposit channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
  • Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
  • mojaspin does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of any third party.
  • If a deposit is credited in error or is the subject of a chargeback, mojaspin reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the Account pending investigation.
  • mojaspin does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, or bank wire transfers from unverified sources.

Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit on the Account.
  • Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed in under four minutes during BST business hours, subject to successful KYC verification.
  • mojaspin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
  • mojaspin is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or mobile wallet operator after the transaction has been dispatched from the Platform.
Anti-Money Laundering: mojaspin applies transaction monitoring and anti-money laundering checks in accordance with responsible operational practice. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence, temporary account holds, or requests for source-of-funds documentation. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such requests.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the Wagering Requirement on the existing bonus has been fully satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.

Time Limits Apply

Every bonus carries an expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from the Account automatically without further notice.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Wagering Requirements are set at 30x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories or with certain bet sizes may not count towards Wagering Requirement completion — see individual promotion pages for applicable game contributions.

Abuse Prevention

mojaspin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.

Responsible use of bonuses: mojaspin does not require Players to accept a bonus at deposit. If you prefer to deposit and play without bonus conditions, you may decline available bonus offers at the time of deposit. Declining a bonus cannot be reversed after the deposit has been processed.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Sports Betting Rules

For cricket and other sports betting markets, the rules governing void bets, abandoned matches, in-play settlement, and market suspension are set out in the mojaspin Sports Betting Rules, available within the sports betting section of the Platform. Settlement of all sports markets is final once confirmed, subject only to correction of a clear and demonstrable clerical error.

Live Casino

Live dealer games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti) are streamed in real time by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The dealer's actions and table decisions are governed by the rules of the respective game as announced by the dealer and confirmed on screen. mojaspin is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers — these are the responsibility of the Game Provider.

Voided Bets

mojaspin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. Bets placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraud, or chargebacks will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation. Notification of any void bet will be communicated to the Player via the registered contact details on the Account.


User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Your Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information at all times.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials and OTP codes.
  • Immediately notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
  • Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh regarding online gaming.
  • Co-operate fully with any KYC, AML, or source-of-funds verification request.
  • Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • Play responsibly and make use of available responsible gaming tools where needed.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating more than one Account, or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
  • Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to support.
  • Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
  • Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures, including by creating a new Account.
  • Abusing bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation strategies.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by mojaspin

mojaspin may suspend an Account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, underage play, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your mojaspin Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML checks. Bonus Funds are not returned upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mojaspin will attempt to contact a dormant Account holder via their registered contact details before applying any administrative fee. Details of the dormant account policy are available from support upon request.


Responsible Gaming

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly ৳ BDT deposit caps from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Session Time Limits

Configure maximum session durations to receive automatic break reminders during live play — particularly useful during extended cricket match betting sessions.

Self-Exclusion

Exclude your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. Once active, exclusion is irreversible for its full duration. Contact [email protected] to activate immediately.

Limitation of Liability


Dispute Resolution

Step 1 — Contact Support

Submit your complaint via live chat (in-account) or by email to [email protected]. Include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, the date and time of the relevant event (in BST), and any transaction references. The support team aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Internal Review

If the initial support response does not resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to a senior review team. The senior review team will conduct a full investigation of the complaint, including review of relevant game logs, transaction records, and account activity, and will provide a written response within 10 business days (BST).

Step 3 — Final Decision

Following the internal review, mojaspin will issue a final written decision. This decision represents mojaspin's concluded position on the complaint. If you remain dissatisfied after receiving the final decision, you may seek independent advice or pursue any remedy available to you under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Game Provider disputes: Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game supplied by a third-party Game Provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe), mojaspin will liaise with the relevant Game Provider on your behalf. The Game Provider's certified RNG logs and server records shall be treated as definitive evidence of the game outcome in question.

Amendments to These Terms

Advance Notice

Material changes are communicated at least 7 days before taking effect via email or on-platform notice.

Effective Date

Each version of these Terms carries an effective date displayed in the hero section of this page. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

Continued Use

Using the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Review this page regularly to stay informed of the current Terms.
